Doug Larson: "Why I support GAF - The work they do in Guatemala is truly life changing. They directly alleviate poverty and improve the lives of children and families in desperate need with access to education, clean water, healthcare and job opportunities. Their service is deeper than just meeting physical and educational needs; GAF’s partners in Guatemala create a loving environment where children and families can truly thrive, with dignity and opportunity. In 2024 I had the privilege of joining a GAF-led trip where we worked with staff and children at centers in Guatemala City and San José Chacayá; I was blown away by the dedication of the staff and the joy in the children’s lives as they learned, played and laughed together. I also know that the leadership team in the US is wholeheartedly dedicated to service; every dollar donated goes to support the people of Guatemala"
